About Tyson Tate
I’m a twenty-three year old student of Graphic Design at Cal Poly. I spent three years as a Computer Science major before switching to Graphic Design, which I’m sure my parents were thrilled about. Regardless, I love user-interaction design and have spent the past two and a half years working as a web developer at the Robert E. Kennedy Library, where I’ve been fortunate to work with a small but top-notch group of people who have given me an education that college could never offer.
I’ve published literary magazines, biked 300 miles straight, played sax in marching bands, and leapt entire buildings in a small bound. I’ve previously worked at a pet clinic, an aluminum machining shop, a car renter, a landscaper, and a web start-up.
Most of my free time is spent training for and racing in triathlons, eating cereal, and trying to catch up on my overflowing NetFlix queue.
